  2. 😛 Everyday take a walk. Walking it’s free can be done anywhere and you feel great, afterwards.Bring a friend and you can catch up share news. All while keping fit.

  4. I switch up between, yoga, pilates, walking or going to the gym to keep me from getting bored with a same routine.

  5. My tip is to envision is your success. I have pictures of myself now and of what I will look like (kind of before I gained weight) on my treadmill and on the wall next to it. I had them blown up so that no matter where I sit in the living room they are looking at me and stirring me into action.

  6. My favorite workout tip is.. “just do it!” Honestly if you live by those little 3 words, just do it, you can achieve all of your goals. I have gained a few pounds since last summer and i want to get back into shape ASAP. I ALWAYS make excuses for myself! I have to study, i have too much homework, i don’t have enough time, i have to clean my room. And i went from working out 4-5 days a week to 0 days a week with my excuses… By saying in my head these 3 words “Just do it” i gave myself no excuses! And even if my workouts right now are 20 minutes.. I’m slowly building back up my motivation and getting back in shape fast! 🙂 honestly, when my friends tell me they don’t want to go to the gym because they’re tired or don’t have time I say JUST DO IT! and it’s really starting to motivate them too 🙂

  7. My tip would be to work out on schedule even if you just really don’t feel like it. You have to keep motivated. Do it!!
