Shellback Sinister Cider
Mixologist: Cheri Loughlin
1 ounce Shellback Spiced Rum
1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
1 package Spiced Cider Mix
6 ounces Hot Water
Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
Place hot cider mix in heat proof mug. Top with heated water. Stir to dissolve. Add rum and schnapps. Stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Domain NYC’s Hot Mulled Organic Cider
1 gallon of Organic apple cider
1 cup of brown sugar
5 medium sized cinnamon sticks
1 gram of cloves
6 whole star anise
6 whole allspice
1 oz Calvados or spiced rum
Pour 1 gallon of organic apple cider into a medium sized stock pot. Stir in the brown sugar. Score the orange and place it in the cider. Wrap up cloves, star anise, allspice, and cinnamon sticks in a piece of cheesecloth and tie with a string. Allow the spices to steep over low heat for one hour. Refrigerate the pot keeping the mulling spices in the cider over night. The next day, remove the mulling spices and oranges from the cider and reheat. Add Calvados or spiced rum to each mug of cider.

1 1/2 ounces Shellback Silver Rum
3/4 ounce White Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 ounce Cream of Coconut
2 ounces Half & Half
Shredded Coconut for Garnish
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with shredded coconut on top.
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and Strain into a martini glass rimmed with creme de cassis.
Blood Orange Bloody Mary (Serves 6)
8 oz. SMIRNOFF Citrus Flavored Vodka (1.5 oz per serving)
4 cups (32oz) bottled tomato juice
3/4 cup fresh blood-orange
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbs horseradish
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Freshly ground pepper
Garnish: blood-orange and tomato wedges, cucumber spears
Whisk together tomato juice, vodka, orange and lemon juices, horseradish, and hot sauce in a large pitcher. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into 6 ice-filled glasses, and garnish each with an orange wedge, a tomato wedge, and cucumber spear.

Killer Candy Corn
1 ounce Camarena Reposado Tequila
1/2 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 ounce Crème de Cacao
2 ounces Fresh Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Dark Cocoa
4 pieces Candy Corn
Rim a martini glass with orange juice then cocoa powder. In a shaker, add tequila, butterscotch schnapps, crème de cacao and orange juice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with a toothpick of candy corn.
Pumpkin Spice Margarita
2 ounces Camarena Reposado Tequila
2 can Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg
2 cups Water
1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
Make a pumpkin simple syrup by combining pumpkin puree with brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and strain. Combine the juice of half a lime, Camarena Reposado Tequila, and 2 ounces pumpkin simple syrup. Shake well and serve on the rocks.
