Love is a tough word to define. It's sometimes best left to imagination, emotion, and example. For some, it is cuddling by the fire after a romantic, candlelit dinner for two. For others, love is a wild ride on the back of a motorcycle under a starlit sky, or perhaps a sunset stroll along the sandy beach with the waves lapping at your feet. For still others, love is simply when that special person is your last thought before sleep takes you and your first thought upon waking.
No matter what love means to you personally, it is something we can all appreciate. And now, the latest contest on Life Love Beauty is about love! Share your story about the craziest thing you've ever done for love, and you could be one of ten winners to advance to the next round!

To enter for a chance to win an autographed copy of Sandra D. Bricker's upcoming book, Love Finds You in Snowball, Arkansas, submit a story of 300 words or more to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Your story must be on the exciting topic: What is the craziest thing you have ever done for love? (In other words, what great lengths have you reached for someone you love? Your story can be funny, embarrassing, or romantic to the max, but it should express how you've thrown caution to the wind in order to impress someone or show your love for them.)
Life Love Beauty readers will vote on the stories they like best and participants are encouraged to share their story's link with friends, family, and colleagues / contacts in order to gain more votes.
The Prizes:
The top three winners will each receive a signed copy of Love Finds You in Snowball, Arkansas. The Grand Prize for the "Anything For Love" contest will be an Inspirational Relaxation Basket filled with goodies, including the autographed copy of the author’s book as well as various relaxing items such as candles, lotions, and bath items.
Guidelines:
1. You may title your story appropriately, but it must contain "Anything for Love:" in the beginning of the title.
2. Story must reach a minimum of 300 words. Please keep the story length between 300 and 500 words. If you use software for typing that does not give you an automatic word count, you can send it to us and we will let you know if you met the mark.
3. All articles must be original and written by the participant submitting the content.
4. Optional: You may submit a photo or image to accompany your entry, if relevant.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than Sunday, August 31 at 11:59 p.m. (Remember, the sooner you submit it, the sooner people can start reading your story and voting for it! And the sooner you can start sharing it with your friends and family so you have a better chance to win!)
6. Tell all your friends and family to read and rate your story. Get creative about sharing your link - The ten stories with the best rating and most page views advance to the next round!

TERM: The first phase of the contest begins at 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, August 5. Submission acceptance ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 31 and voting ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 31.
VOTING: LifeLoveBeauty.com readers vote for the stories that they like best. You may rate as many articles as you like one time, but you may not rate a single article more than once. On August 31, the ten highest ranked participants will advance to the next round. Author Sandra D. Bricker will select three winners from those ten during the last week of September. Winners will be announced on LifeLoveBeauty.com.
