Pretty Pink Cocktails for Valentine’s Day


Valentine’s Day can be fun no matter if you are married, dating, divorced, or single–it’s another day on the calendar, meaning the day is all that you make of it. Whether you plan to have a romantic cocktail with your sweetie or a sassy sipper with your best girlfriends, some pretty pink cocktails for Valentine’s Day can be the perfect way to celebrate this weekend.

Here are some of our favorite pink drinks for Valentine’s Day, with a few inspired back from Breast Cancer Awareness last October. You can enjoy these pink cocktails exactly as written or add your own special twists.

PRETTY IN PINK

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Van Gogh Citroen Vodka
  • 2 oz. Chilled Lemonade
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Squeeze of Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Build vodka, lime juice, lemonade, and cranberry juice in a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Top with a squeeze of fresh lime. Garnish with a lime wedge.

La Vie en Rose

Ingredients 

  • Vodka 1.5oz
  • Strawberry 3
  • Rosé wine 1.5oz
  • Lemon ¾ oz

Instructions

  1. Squash the fruit.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice.
  3. Shake and strain.

Mrs. Pink

Ingredients

  • Montelobos mezcal 1.5oz
  • blueberries 10
  • Rosemary 1
  • Lemon juice ¾ oz
  • Natural syrup ¾ oz

Instructions

  1. Squash the fruit and the rosemary.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice.
  3. Shake and strain.

Pink Ginger


Ingredients

  • Gin 1.5 oz
  • Ginger syrup ¾ oz
  • Lime juice ¾ oz
  • Raspberries 5
  • Rosé sparkling wine 2 oz

Instructions

  1. Squash the fruit.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the rosé sparkling wine) with ice.
  3. Shake and strain.
  4. Add the sparkling wine on the top.

Pink Pearl Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce of Absolut
  • ½ ounce of White Crème de Cacao
  • ½ ounce of Strawberries (puréed)
  • 1 ounce Milk

Instructions

  1. Pour ingredients over iced in cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.

Culebra

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. of Chile infused Silver Tequila
  • Cold fresh squeezed watermelon juice
  • Salt and chili powder mix
  • Watermelon ball

Instructions

  1. Combine infused Tequila with watermelon juice in a mixing tin and stir
  2. Rim the rocks glass with the chili-salt mix,  then fill the glass with ice
  3. Strain the contents of the shaker over the ice
  4. Finish with a melon ball.

Note: To infuse the tequila, perforate holes in 2-3 chili peppers. Add them to the tequila, and let them sit for at least one week.

Watermelon Rose


Ingredients

  • Gotland Vodka 1.5 oz
  • Watermelon 6 slices
  • Rose syrup ¾ oz
  • Lime juice ¾ oz

Instructions
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain.

La Rosa de Diana

Ingredients

  • 1.5 OZ Vodka Absolut
  • .25 OZ Premium Mediterranean Rose Syrup
  • 1.5 OZ Cranberry Juice
  • Fresh Lime drops
  • Lemon soda (quantity needed)
  • Pink ribbon
  • Pink Rose Petals
  • Old Fashioned glass

Instructions

  1. In an old fashioned glass, place abundant ice.
  2. Add vodka, cranberry, rose syrup, and the lime drops.
  3. Mix softly and top off with lemon soda.
  4. Place a rose petal on top and tie the ribbon around the rim of the glass for decoration.

Raspberry Sidecar

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Hardy VS Cognac
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 Raspberries

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and enjoy.

Raspberry Lime Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Chambourd
  • 3/4 oz. Sugar Syrup
  • 5 Fresh Mint leaves
  • 3 pieces of lime

Instructions

  1. Muddle the sugar, lime and mint.
  2. Top with Ice
  3. Add the Bacardi and Chambord, Shake.
  4. Top with Soda water.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wheel.

La Perla

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Ruby Red Absolut vodka
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. strawberry puree
  • ¾  Prosecco
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, simple syrup and strawberry puree into a shaker with ice, then shake well and strain into a Martini glass.
  2. Top with a splash of Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge.

Seven Miles From The Sun

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  • 2/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lillet

Instructions

  1. Shake ingredients and strain over ice.
  2. Serve in bucket glass.
  3. Garnish with an edible hibiscus flower.

Sicilian Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Solerno Liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • Splash of Soda Water

Instructions

Pour in a rocks glass and top with soda water.

Eyes Up Here

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz 44 North Nectarine Vodka
  • .5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • Splash of lemon juice and simple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Shake and strain into martini glass
  2. Finish with three good dashes of Rose Water

Pink Champagne ‘Cocktail’

Ingredients

  • Raspberry flavored sorbet
  • Dry sparkling wine or champagne

Instructions

  1. Add 2 mini scoops of sorbet to a champagne flute, and fill with sparkling wine.
  2. Slightly mix just enough to distribute sorbet flavor.

Sleep Pink ‘MOCKTAIL’

Ingredients

  • Sparkling Cider
  • 1 fresh strawberry

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with sparkling cider, over ice.
  2. Top with a tablespoon of grenadine and serve with a straw.
  3. Slice strawberry in half and place on rim of glass for garnish.

Healthy SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 very ripe frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries,  raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • (Makes two 6-ounce servings.)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until fruit is pureed.
  2. Continue blending until everything is well blended.

Pink “Cold” CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Strawberry Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Crème de Cacao White
  • 1 once half & half

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  3. Garnish with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry vodka
  • Godiva white chocolate liquor
  • Raspberry gel icing

Instructions

  1. Swirl the glass with raspberry gel icing.
  2. Combine raspberry vodka and Godiva liquor in a shaker glass.
  3. Gently pour into the swirled glass and enjoy.

Cran Apple Cosmo

  • 3 oz. Slim Lizzy’s Cosmopolitan
  • 1 oz. apple juice
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Combine Slim Lizzy’s Cosmo, apple juice and cranberry juice
  2. Squeeze lime wedge on top
  3. Garnish with a lime twist

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Veev Acai Spirit
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • .5oz Cranberry
